This quote means that you have to make right choices in life no matter what the situation. This is because if you do what feels right, you will feel okay about it. If you make a bad decision when you're in any  type of situation, you will feel dirty and feel something bad inside of you. So doing what is and feels right is the best way to solve your problems. Anything you do look at it in a positive way and be positive about everything, because then you will just surround yourself with negativity.
